For four years photographer Ariko Inaoka has been working on a project that follows the lives of two young twin girls. Her intention is to portray the powerful connection between the twins who have said to "dream the same dreams sometimes". Each image shows the girls playing together, or posing symmetrically. The color scheme of each photo is fairly muted and pastel. The beautiful color, lighting, and composition of Ariko's photos really draw me to her work. I feel like she portrays the unique relationship of the girls very well. The images have an eerie and almost magical feeling to them.
